8-10 psi

some people even say 12, but 10's pushing it on stock internals.

MORE FUEL! you cant run no boost you'll be too lean, i seen someone do this but not with si cam, btw their engine blew up anyways.. you actually need to do MPFI swap. you'll be running a little lean with the a6 cam. let alone a turbo with the stock DPFI 2 injector system.

I wouldnt run more than 6-7psi on a stock engine. Some people say that 10psi is safe but i wouldnt. If you this is your only car and you want it too last, then dont run anything over 7psi until you build the block.

What turbo trim are you going to use dude? Because the boost pressure and output is kind of dependent on the turbo's trim really.

multi port is mpfi----correct? multi meaning many. dual point is dpfi----correct? dual meaning two. I have already put the MULTI PORT FUEL INJECTION system on the car, along with the a6 cam other known as the SI cam. So, some body out there is running 10 psi on stock internals, I plan on running 7-8 pounds. I have read in a Honda Tuning Mag that you can drill out the hole in the bolt that goes in the fuel filter (exit) feed line to the manifold. Just so long as it doesn't weaken the bolt. The issue is kind of out dated, June/July 2002. It's in the back of the issue. It say's that that is a fuel restriction.

And just a little FYI, it also says it is not a good idea to put your fuel pressure gauge on at the fuel filter connector, but to put it on the fuel rail for the most acccurate reading.

I have a T3 Turbo. The specs. are as follows 2.36" inlet with a 2" outlet, a .42 A/R Compressor and a .48 A/R Turbine. The Compressor Wheel is 1.67" Exducer and 2.36" Mayor, and the Turbine Wheel is 1.81" Exducer and 2.48" Mayor. Made by XSPower. Hope that answers that question, cause that kinda' wore me out! lol

Turbo xs "aka" ss autochrome is horrible..My friend bough the turbo and it litteraly fell apart...Didnt blow up but the housings seperated and they looked like they were glued on..

Thats a fairly small turbo..You could get away with 7-10lbs with good management and good tuning..

internals don't brake because of boost ( unless is to lean) they brake because of hp.
you can get different hp at the same boost level depending on the size of the turbo.
i will say that pass 250 whp with stock d16 internals will be risky.

HOLY ****, I thought you were talking about the bolts backing out and coming apart. I've aleady started praying, and I really hope the man upstairs really likes me.

About the internals breaking comment. My set up is like this: Intake manifold '92-'95 Civic EX with fuel rail and injectors, brand new'90 SI $190 d16a6 dizzy, ECU is a PM6 out of automatic '89 AWD wagon, the head has been milled 1mm, port and polished and gasket matched, d16a6 cam.

I plan on upgrading to a '91 SI ECU PM6 for the higher revlimit
