Making air ducts
Anyone have any pics or anything, need some ideas. I am looking into some sheet metal that I could bend very easily but the only concern is connecting the ends to get a perfect seal. Also any downside to using sheet metal rather then a plastic ? Would a galvinzed metal be ok, or would it get to hot and burn off. Just being on the safe side, want to double check. I don't think it will but want to hear what others have to say.
Anyone feel free to throw some ideas around since I searched and found nothing on this site about it.

Here is the piece.

After looking at the openings, I might just use some type of cardboard and foam to insulate it. It should not get to hot inside there should it ? I would think if it did it would be a fire hazard for Honda.

Not gonna happen because I don't have the piece anymore. And I don't feel like tracking one down and paying an arm and a leg for one.

it looks like that hard plastic, abs? not sure but if its plastic it cant get too hot. plus metal would radiate any heat that it collected.
IMHO I would glass it and make a mold then make a fiberglass duplicate of one...oh ****...forgot you dont have the piece anymore huh? Junkyard?
