what exactly makes the vtec e the e version? like the economy, is it the cam? solenoid? rockers? or a combination?

if it is the cam, i was wondering if the cam can be swapped out for a regular vtec cam?

help please.

 

I think its just the CAM and the ECU that is different

 

so if i wanted, i could swap the cam out in the future and make it a regular vtec head?

are the valves/flow rate the same?
