quick wheel offset question

Default quick wheel offset question

I have rims with a 42mm offset right now..if I get rims with a 40 mm offset with that set them farter out, or closer inside??..thanks

I run a 35mm offset and it sits the wheel more towards the fender well. With a 42mm offset, the wheel sits more inwards towards the body

What size are those wheels with the 35 MM offset and what size tires are you using?

Both are 15x7 with 205/50/15 Falken Ziex ze512's. Same tires on both sets

right! you can even have negative offset
