wheel shaking problem..any ideas?
I was driving home last night and when I accelerated my wheel would yank to the left and kept on doing so...when I got home and parked I turned my wheel back and forth and the whole tire wobbles like the rotars loose or the axle maybe? any ideas? suggestions? appreciate it.
if your wheel is jiggling back and forth it's probably your wheel bearing.. the part that the axle goes into the rotor.. when they go bad there is too much play between the innner and outer sections causing the wheel to move in ways that it shouldnt..

shouldnt be a balance problem if he can actually see it woppling.
first thing to check is the lug nuts.
then it can be wheel bearing, ball joint, tie rod, etc.......

I usually do 90 on my steelies and 80 - 85 on my rotas..
Check the lugs.. if it's not the lugs jack up the car and see if you can push the wheel in and out.. if so it is prolly the wheel bearing.
