I have a brospeed gsr header for my 98 gsr swap. At the moment, my hybrid is temporarily running a b-16 stock exhaust manifold to a cx exhaust. My question is : Is the factory b-16 exhaust manifold more restricive than a factory gsr exhaust manifold? Noone is answering my post in the hybrid section. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe
From what I have learned, an ITR exhaust is best exhaust for a B16. Beside after market... Or are you trying to decide weather to use a GSR exhaust, or stock. I'm not sure I totally understand...
NO both exhaust are the same: Cast iron upper half with, 2-1 stainless lower half.......i doubt there are any differences between the two except one is longer.

My swap is a b-18C .I have a temporary setup of a b-16 exhaust maniflold bolted to the factory CX exhaust. I am trying to figure out an aftermarket setup, using either the b-16 manifold or my aftermarket Brospeed header. Thanks, JOe
