Auto to Manual Tranny Swap
doing a auto to manual coversation. Would a ex tranny work for a lx?
I would think everything is the same except for the gear ratio.
Anybody know??? On 2001 Civic. How about on the pervious gen of civic?

pretty much....except I know they (honda) DID make a D series DOHC for an 86-89 integra. the 86-87 got a thrilling 113hp and the 88-89 got a mind blowing 118hp!!! But what im saying is that ....typically D series are SOHC ...and a DOHC D series....would that tranny still bolt up to a (lets say) D16y7? ( i know other DOHC trannys dont match to a sohc...will it since its in the same series?)
sorry...kinda took your thread....but I have always been wondering this.
