An auto D series trans will, not a B series.
There's no D to B or B to D adapter plates out there to my knowledge, but I know B to D plates have been considered due to how cheap D series trans's are.
Though keep in mind, auto honda trans's put less power to the ground than manual trans's, so your car will be slower, also, honda auto trans's can take less punishment than manual ones, so if you plan on boosting your auto D15B you'll rape the trans sometime soon.

Don't do that, seriously. There are no stock mounts to make that happen, and i don't think there are any aftermarket ones either, so you'll have to fab something up yourself. Its also extremely hard to get the automatic B series transmission to work right in a civic, the integra uses a seperate TCM to control the tranny, the civic simply uses the ECU. And this all assumes the tranny fits, it may, for an EK you definately have to notch the frame rail. Either keep it stock automatic d-series or swap in a 5 speed and do whatever you want with it.
