Speaker Swap For 2 dr 98 Civic Si
I have recently purchased a new set of 6x9’s to replace my stock rear 6x9’s. When I went to replace them I was surprised to find no way to access the rear speakers (neither from the grill or the trunk
) The only way I can see accessing the rear speakers is to take the rear side panels and seat out. If somebody knows some other way id appreciate there knowledge!

you have to pull out the rear side panels, as well as the seats inorder to get the rear lid off of the car to replace the speakers. No other way is possible.
Actually, you dont have to pull the seat completely out. Just fold em down. IF you can get two people in the back seat you should (after remove a few screws) be able to lift the rear panel up just enough to slide in the speakers. Becareful when you unpop the side panels cuz the **** breaks really easy.
