Default Dart block, which clearances for bearings?

I'm starting to finish up all my parts fetching for the new build and need to decide what bearings to run. The machine shop is measureing all my specs for the journals on the crank, rods and block and I need to decide what clearnaces to run. I know the Dart blocks come align honed and Eagle rods are the same way, but we're still making sure. The car doesn't get driven a lot, mainly to shows and to the track, not a daily driver. I was thinking having the clearances in the .0015-18 range. Does this sound alright? I want this to last, but yet make power. Also is it true to make the #1 & 5 journal a little tighter, like .0013-16? I've read a couple articles like that but wasn't sure. Should I keep it loose in the middle (#3) and get tighter as it goes out? I know there is no oil hole for the #3 journal. Also some insight to rod clearnaces woould be nice too. BTW I'm using Honda bearings and this is an N/A build. Here is the bottom end for refernece. Thanks in adavance.

-Dart std. deck 85mm bore
-LS 89mm crank, balanced, micropolished
-Eagle H beam rods
-CP 12.5:1 pistons
