is this t3 60 trim turbo capable of pushing 250 hp on a b18b motor at around 11psi or maybe less with

3 inch down pipe

Definitely not less, maybe around 12-14 psi though, why not go a little bigger on an LS?

 

You'll hit it with ease at 11psi.
