H22 in Civic
I am doing a H22 in my EK civic. I bought a JDM H22 Front Clip to make sure that i will not be missing anything. I am planning on running HCP mount kit with the Cross member, and AC Bracket, so i can use my single cam ac compressor on the engine. Here is a picture of the front clip. I will post some better pictures of it later. I took this with my cell phone.

Does anyone know if Rage Headers will fit in my car with AC. That is my biggest concern. Also is there any real complications when putting this engine into a civic. I already know about the shifter cables. But when looking at the engine last night, i noticed that the fuel line connects to the opposite side of the fuel rail that my last engine does. SO i will need some kind of extended fuel line or something. Is there any other things that i will need to know about?
Here is a picture of the car that the engine is going into. I got rid of my boosted b16 to go all motor h22

I also am thinking about putting in Mahle pistons. i hear that there pictons work with stock cylinder walls. My plan is to buy pistons and put in a decent cam. Any suggestions?

Im not totaly sure those pistons work with the stock FRM. Jun does and of course OEM honda Type S does. And i do not believe rage makes an AC compatable header. Talk to kteller about that.

I asked KTeller about it, and they said it fits with ac in a Prelude, but not sure about in a civic.

Thats weird. Because my last motor was a JDM B16, and the fuel rail was just the same as US one. So if i buy a US AEM Fuel Rail or something. It should be on the fine?

Well I don't know about B-Series but I do know that jdm H22 is backwards from the US... Almost everyone who does a swap in a prelude to a jdm h22 just reuses there stock fuel rail...

Ok Thanks.
Do you know about any other complications while doing this swap?

lol
I got about 10 PM's about those headlights. I have a few people interested in the whole front clip without the engine, so i would rather sell complete before i think about piecing it out. Its got digital climate control and everything. Its really nice.

Not really, it is the same price or cheaper to just extend the line. You extend it about 18".

Put the engine in from the bottom. The top is possible, but harder. Do all the wiring before you drop the motor in. Ek has a one piece harness, is it is easier to measure it outside of the car.
