Default D16Y7 OBD-2 TO OBD-1 *searched*

Would it be worth it to convert a d16y7 non-vtec to obd-1 and run a p28?

better map/fuel curve i am guessing?
reline to 7200 then 6800

depends on your mods, if your car has just simple bolt ons i would say no. if you have a high c/r motor along with cam or your car has some form of boost than it would be worth it.

I'm in the process of doing this now. I got a line on a couple of P28's but nobody has stepped up yet. You haven't searched enough.

the point was to answer his question. do i need to also state my reasons as well as to why i don't think it would be worth it? based off of what he asked in his post, i replied with a quick and simple answer.
