yes OBD1 or OBD2 sorry, just didnt add the D, I dont know. Everyone is freaking out about an OBD1. and people that have an OBD1 want an OBD2. So I was just wondering

If you do a search on obd1 and obd2, you will come up with a lot of info. There have been numerous threads of the pro's and con's of obd1 and 2. To sum it all up, obd1 is better in terms of doing more mods because its one less sensor. Also, on the dyno...obd1 tends to pull out a couple more ponies......really minimal though.

I seriously doubt that you'll find anyone with OBD1 that wants to convert to OBD2.

beacuse one less sensor means less weight wich equals a faster car.

Personally, I am switching from OBD2B to OBD1 this week...I have all the ECU and harness on the way. I mainly converted based on plans for the Hondata s200

And for GSR's it means we get a factory oil cooler. OBD2 has stricter emmisions, which means it robs power. NO its not that big of a deal but I'll take OBD 1 please.
