Default baker battery not working good, need a better one

I got this battery a couple of years ago when i needed a new battery but i didn't know **** then and got something i ended up not liking...

today i turned the headlights on to adjust them (w/ the engine off) for like 10 min, and the battery died, i just charged it the other day too...
but in the winter it hasn't been working, if i leave it outside for the night when it's below 20 degrees F, in the morning it wont start right up, i have to turn the key to the on position until the radio comes on and starts playing then i can start the engine.

i searched and found every one saying hawker is the best, but will it be the best for me.

i don't have much of a sound system, just a cd/mp3 player and front component speakers (that's it) and i have fog lights, but that shouldn't matter that much.

i want something that will start the car even at -10 degrees F, but is also around 12lbs or less.

also something for under $100 would be nice...

is there anything for me?
