Default Misfire...??

I got my valve lash adjusted a couple days ago....and my head is still pretty noisy, so what would that be?? When it idles, it kinda feels like it misfires every now and then, you can hear it in the exhaust like it's cutting out and it takes awhile to start up after sitting for a few hours. When i hooked the test connector up to the check engine light it kept blinking a bunch of different combinations....so i didn't know where to start.

codes 9,12, and 15

Code 9 is the CYP Sensor located inside the dizzy. You should ohm test to see if its the sensor or if your housing is toast.

Code 12 is your EGR Valve. It may be so full of carbon that its stuck open.

Code 15 is ignition output signal. Im not even sure for this one.
