Default GT28RS - Will it clear with most tubular manis? (d16y8)

OK I just purchased a gt28rs for my d16. Now I am looking into all the tubular manifolds on the market. I have 'heard' that there is no way to make a gt28rs be ac comp on my car with a turbular mani. Is this true? (I only ask becuase it will help my search for a mani become very easy).

TIA

You can call AutoLab and see if Bill can fab a possible solution. Even if you dont buy form him you can still pick his brain alittle. I dont know that I've seen any tubular mani's that work with AC. The Gt28RS has an integrated waste gate though right? It may be possible.

Thanks, im hoping it will be fun to drive. Im afraid im going to be dissapointed and feel like i wasted alot of money. Hopefully ill be proved wrong.

As far as the mani, im going to have a guy localy make me one (does really good work). I will most likeley be using a log mani unil my tubular one is made. Ill be sure to dyno both the log and tubular for comparison, and let everyone know about fitment of the gt28 on the Ek's

although i don't have AC, my tubular manifold will allow it with my gt35e, and it was an Autolab manifold too
