awesome. I am using a inline pro mani but a lot of locals told me I will have over heating issues if I keep the AC and shoot for 500+whp and drive it on the street. I think I am goin to use a spoolin 3" DP to clear the AC

why would you have over heating issues? the intercooler blocks alot more air then the condensor..... if you have a log manifold then run a full size radiator

yes you have to put 2 small fans on the front of the condensor pushing and theres plenty of room ...you have to cut the support for the hood latch sometimes and trim some metal

Re: (00IntegrAllmotoR)
yes U can pusher fan both and make them fit.
the real limitation is the diameter of the fan, not the depth when your setting them up as pushers.

I had a rev hard manifold making 400 hp before with ac and power steering and it was fine with the stock gsr radiator....
I have to run a half core fluidyne with my current setup..im removing the ac to run a top mount...
Alot of the overheating problems people were having were from closed deck sleeves like darton causing a restriction....with my golden eagle hd sleeves it runs a little hot but I can only tell if i look at the datalogs...it wont show on the gauge till you get to about 235 degrees...then it will go past half way

Re: (BoostR41)
cooler thermostat will only delay it from heating up....youll find that with different ects and air intake temps it will completely screw up the tune...you can compensate with most good engine management systems but it takes a while to get it right... without a thermostat you will have a very wide range of temperatures...it will make it harder to tune

Only thing Im running that not stock cooling wise is a Mugen rad cap/thermo (which is pretty much nothing) and in hot *** Louisiana weather. No issues! You can try running 'Evans Coolant'...that ***** better then Water Wetter. You'll be OK man. I mean I wouldnt beat on it in 100 degree weather with the AC full blast and what not.

so there wont be any heating problems? i mean the air would have to go from the fans through the condenser to the radiator. And the Intercooler would be blocking air to the fans when air passes through the grill.
