Default overheating problems?

I just had the radiator replaced and had the system bled before the fall of last year. About a 1.5 months ago, the lower radiator hose was leaking and had overheating problems but lately, again I have noticed that the fan would always turn on once I turned off the engine and also the temp gauge would go up to near HOT.

I am also losing quite a bit of coolant on the reservoir and have to add more of the Type 2 coolant but I have not seen any leaks so far nor puddles.

Need help to figure out the problem(s). Thanks in advance.

The cheapest route would be to have your system pressure tested. That rules out a lot of possibilities. Could also be thermostat, fan or fan relay problem.

Next time your fan goes on..pop the hood and make sure it's turning @ a good speed. Sometimes, when those things begin to die, the speed of the fan decreases.
