Default is there two different HP in the 2nd gen b18a1?

found a website saying 90-91 integra were 130hp and the 92-93 were 140hp...

is this true because the 92+ were obd1? or do they produce same hp.

Actually most of the power difference comes from a difference in the design of the quench areas between the 90-91 pr4 heads, and the 92+ pr4 heads.
