Default Question abt cam profile

My question is right now im wanting more power and its for an NA application but i am going turbo later on when i can get more cash together. I was jsut wondering will this cam work well with a turbo application or should i jsut stay stock cams for now and wait for the turbo. But im wanting more power now

these are Web Camshafts factory regrinds

Just stick with what you got and save for your turbo.

I bet that the WEB cam is not cheap and Crower's stage ones are better for turbo (new cores too, not regrinds) and that duration will not only suck for turbo it will be a PITA to tune for an idle less than 1000rpm.

I went to the WEB sie and looked around and saw what you were talking about. the duration is actually 210* at 50 thou. That should be fine for a daily driver and idle fine. I thought you were tallking about a cam with 230* at .050".

You miight have to upgrade your stock springs/retainers but I am sure that WEB can advise you on that.

If you're really going turbo, save your money. You'll need it for the re-sleeve and turbo parts and fuel management.
