Default anyone running +35 offset on 16x7's

I was thinking about purchasing some 16x7 +35 Regamasters but i dont know if the +35 offset would be ideal for my 97 Hatch. Im lowered about 2 inches now and was wondering if anyone had issues with rubbing because of the low offset. Any info would be appreciated.

you will prob. rub unless you get rid of the plastic ****.....i tried 16"s o my car..98 civic....with a moderate/low drop....rubbed like crazy....not sure what the offset was but i was chewing up the tires like crazy.

Little confused. Is the lower the number(+32,+38...) the farther the spokes are from the hub? thnx

The lower the number the farther out the rim will sit. Too low a number and you run into problems with the tire touching the fender lip. Too high an offset and you risk rubbing the struts.

What tire size do you plan on running?
I have 15X7's in a +31 offset with 195's and have no rubbing.

I wouldn't go more than +40 to retain the steering geometry. You could risk breaking an axle and you'll also hve front tire rubbing.
