Messed up IdLe.....NO cel code
Got my b16 swap in my crx finally done and its got a weird idle. At first It threw code 14 IACV and I realized that it wasnt plugged in. I have cleaned the screen on that valve and the idle still bounces from like 1,000 to 1500 rpms'. NO codes anymore but it still does this. I have bled the coolant system several times and that did seem to bring it down a bit. What about the adjuster screws on the TB? How do you go about adjusting these? What other ideas do you guys think this might be?
BTW, its a b16a obd0, pr3 ecu

Have you tried swapping out for a known-good IACV? I had this same problem, fluctuating idle, no codes, cleaned it and it still did it. When I swapped it out for a different one, all was fixed.

thats what i would have to say. it is the little valve UNDER your throttle body. it should have two hoses going into it and three bolts holding it on. take off the cap on the end and screw the white peice all the way in tight. that will fix the problem.

Sure will. The only thing that is it wont hold at 2k rpm when you start it up cold, but if you dont drive in the winter or live in a warm state it really doesnt matter...
