Default Greddy Profec Spec2 help please =/

Well I have searched through the forums and thought I had it figured out..

here are the setting I put..

have it set to 60% .. 10% GAIN.. and the SET GAIN to 120..

I believe my wastegate spring is 7psi.. so I figured 60% would yield about 12.6psi

I may be wrong.. but anyway.. guru's please help!

i think it varies from car to car because everyones setup is diff ie.. wastegate and how vacuum lines are wired, just boost and see if it holds 12.6psi if not change settings a lil

yeah disconnect it from ur car do the speed limit down the high way and throw it out the window. Some people have had great success with the Profec-B others just have no luck what so ever i guess the secret is to finding out how to properly set it up and then dial in ur settings. Im about to sell mine for a a Turbo XS dual stage hopefully i will have better luck next time around with it

well from what i understand.. you do it like this..

i think i heard somewhere you can find out by taking your wastegate spring and multiplying it by 3?(I am quite possibly wrong).. so for mine my wastegate spring is 7psi and i figure my max will be 21..
so my goal was to have about 13psi.. so I chose 60% which comes out to 12.6psi

then for gain everyone starts at 10% lower it if it spikes..

and the next setting I set to 120 which would intepret to 12.0psi

remember just use the **** to adjust settings and push it in to save settings..

hit the mode button to switch between the menu's..(i mean the lower left button) I may have the names wrong.. the upper left button is to switch between boost levels lo/hi..

currently mine spikes.. i think i may have the wrong psi spring in mind..gonna try and run it direct again and see what psi i get.. i haven't really fiddled much with it.. i wanted to seafoam last night..

you know your an ******* when you seafoam and when you get out of your garage notice that someone has their window to their apt open and all the smoke from your car is going directly for their window
