an SI ECU and convert to MPFI. everyting else is a straight bolt in, unless you have a STD model, then you will want to get an SI Tranny, clutch and flywheel, axles and hubs.
ok cool. Just an SI ECU and Wire up a MPFI conversion. you can get good instruction on http://www.thezcr.com Thats where I got mine from.

standard. it was the base model civic. dual point injection, 4spd transmisson, and pretty much no-options. but its a good platform for racing, because you are already about 100 lbs lighter than the si (because it doesnt have a sunroof)
