Engine bay color
I'm looking to rattle can my engine bay. The only problem is that my car is bright orange and red in the back. I can't afford to have the bay done by the guy that painted the car. He wants $500. I was thinking black, or just repainting it red to sorta match the rear. O well here's a picture of the car. It's a little orange due to the light.
Yes it's a show car. I'm trying to get the stereo back together cause an *** hat broke in and stole it while it was getting some work done so it could pass inspection.

if its a show car... i dont know.
it depends. if you do it black and dont do it right.. it will look like crap and kill you at shows.. but if you do it right... and have a clean engine:
it can look ****.

That flat black is pure pimpness. I'm gonna go gloss black, and see how that turns out. Thanks for the help. I'll post up pics when I get the bay painted. I'm in the process of hiding every wire that I can and cleaning all of the dirt and grime and small animals (joking) out of it.
