Default tore front motor mount

Yesterday I was driving about 65 mph and had to stop pretty quick and noticed a thud. Anyway I was checking around and noticed the front mount has a section missing. I wouldn't think that stopping would tear a mount, but what do I know.

Would picking up a mount from a junkyard be a good idea or not? I don't really have alot of cash, but don't wan't to have to replace it again if the salvaged mount goes sour as well.

I will most likely go to Honda.

Just pick one up from the junkyard and put in a poly insert. As long as it is not rusted, and the rubber is not cracking/peeling, it will be fine.

Just use the inserts, like said above; I believe it said either on the box or on ES's website that they can be used to help fix torn mounts.
