I just picked up this turbo that I think came off an industrial compressor or generator. The compressor has a thick light yellow paint that I've seen on those types of industrial equipment. It's a Garrett that has a .50A/R on the compressor side and a .84 trim on the turbine side. The Turbine has a T4 flange (I think). It looks like the GT34 and there are no bolt holes on the downpipe side. I don't have the camera here now so I cant post pics.

Any ideas?

 

.84 would be the A/R ratio on the exhaust, not the trim. A .84 A/R TO4E turbo is massive, way too large for a B16.
