93 cx takes long cranking time to start when low on gas...
This occurs only when the civ is low on gas. I have a brand new oem fuel filter. I believe it is a pump proplem or fpr problem. Car runs fine once started. It is stock. Takes about 30 seconds to start. Recent tune-up too. Any suggestions appreciated. peace.
They all do it.
Suggestion, turn the key to the ON postion, and let the fuel pump prime before you actually turn the key to fire the ignition.
