Yeah, I second that.
@ OP:
Did you try letting it prime longer? (Just put the key in and turn it to "on" ("stage II")) so all the cluster lights are on and let it sit for like 4 seconds - then turn it to stage III ("start") and start the car.
See if that works, it might just take longer to prime.

because it was boosted, but now it not. yes i check all the obvious things, like the fuel pressure. Everything is fine till i put in gas then it wont start. even if i have half a tank and put in 5$ it wont start. then i tried to cheat and leave the car running but it turned off as soon as the gas started flowing.

if your fuel pump goes out, a walbro is like $80 new, while the stock ones go for like $150, so why not upgrade

Doubtful, you'd feel it while driving (cutting out). Though usually fuel pumps don't have a "dying process" - they usually just go...as in one day they're working, the next they're not.
You definitely have a weird issue here. Are you throwing any CELs for the evap purge system? Maybe try replacing the gas tank cap. Sounds like it's possible that you're getting air in the lines.
Do what I said to do next time you gas up, put the key in and turn it to "on" (but don't actually start the car) - let it sit in the "on" position for like 5 seconds - then turn it to "start" and start the car - see if it hesitates like it's been doing.
