Default ECU pins

How do i get them out of the harness? i do not know how to remove the white plastic thing on top of the harness. Please help me out!

ok i am able to get the white piece to move up a little bit, and i can almost get the pin in all the way but it seems stuck on something. anyone know how to do this correctly?

use a paper clip or a small screwdriver. there is a plastic tab holding the pin in place. obd1 harness you push and lift the tools from the front of the plug, and pull from the wire from the back, pushremember to do it slow. obd2 harness you have to lift the white lock in the middle of the plug and then push and lift the tool from the front of the plug and pull the wire from the back.

so to insert the plug on obd2 i would have to lift the white thing and then push down on the pin from the front?

yeah! cause the white clip lock all the pins, but you still have to push and lift the plastic clip inside the plug and pull the wire at the same time, but make sure the white clip is pull up.
