Straight from the Helms:
- Attach a hose to the bleeder screw and suspend the hose in a container of brake fluid.
- Slowly pump the clutch pedal until no more bubbles appear at the bleeder hose.
- Refill master cylinder when done.
- Use only DOT 3 or 4 fluid.

dont do top shotta's way, he skipped a few lines of instructions. after you press the pedal down, u need to close the bleeder screw , THEN only can u lift the pedal back up.
u can gravity bleed it in the beginning, jus attach a hose then open the bleeder screw, the fluid and big chunks of air will gradually flow out. after there seems to be little or no more air, start doing the 2 people pump bleed, have fun, it shouldnt take long buddy!

ill give u instructions from a n00bs view
-open the clutch fluid cap
-open the bleeder nipple screw 8mm if u dont know where it is try helms
-unscrew it until fluid leaks
-have a buddy PRESS on the clutch pedal and hold it
-air and fluid should come out dont worry this is normal
-pour some fluid in the resovoir
-TIGHTEN the bleeder screw
-have buddy PULL the pedal out towards u
repeat 3-4 times, hope this helps good luck
