need: t4 flange with hole cut to use 3" tube?

need: t4 flange with hole cut to use 3" tube?
anybody sell these or know where i can get one? i guess i could put a tube in a vice and atleast oval a 3" tube to become closer to the size of the rectangle on the flange. what would you guys sugest for this? thanks

We can make you a transition that goes from 3" round to a t4 and have it welded to the flange
or just ovalize it and start metal forming it (hammering the crap out of it) till it fits
