P0131 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank1 Sensor1) HelP PLZ!

Driving the car, cel comes on, pull the code, end of story. Reader reads that the sensor sends from .8xx-.9xx then once in a while drops to .075-.135
Any idea's? Cars a 00 Civic EX With the Stock y8, no mods. Bone Stocker.

How many miles? O2's are a serviceable item....they don't last forever.
