i have a b17 swap into a 92 civic cx. it will start but not all the way then stumble an cut off.

 

Clogged fuel filter, bad ignitor, loose ground, electrical problem, could m=be a million things. We need more details though.

 

all grounds are there an tight fuel seems to be flowin good the dizzy just came off a running car that spun a rod bearin everthing is hooked up besides the vtec wires an o2 sensor if u need n e more info just ask

Details like is the engine getting fuel? are all cylinders firing? are all lines and hoses hooked up and in proper location? All grounds connected? Everything wired right? Battery Charged?

 

Have you checked your timing?

 

sorry i was tryin to fix the couple of words i had typed but there is more posted above

 

yeah timing is fine

 

Take off the distributor cap and see if the screw in the distributor rotor is still there, those have a tendency to some out.

 

yea that was it i got the dis. off a buddys working car so i didnt think to check an make sure it was all good but thanks for the help
