E-Brake light stays on?

i have a 98 EX coupe and the E-Brake light stays on for awhile after it is disengaged. anyone else have this problem and know a solution?

Try putting some brake fluid in the resevior, mine did the same exact thing only mine would light up and turn off constantly even if the lever was down.

you could SEARCH.... but since this is a quicky: the brake light also indicates low brake fluid

yeah mine will turn off after driving for awhile then come back on later. il have my dad check since im in korea.

i searched e-brake in archived and recent and nothing came up.

Check the fluid level, that causes the light to come on. It will come one and go away constantly until you add fluid.
