NGKs all the way:
ZFR5F-11 for the F22
ZFR6F-11 for the H22

NGK ZFR6F-11 (I think... i remember the heat level was 6...)

but that's b/c i run NOS and need a cooler plug...

ahh there was a post with a dyno chart that showed the Bosch gave more power than the ngk's... im just sayin

I'm pretty sure that's the ZFR7F-11, one step cooler.

i think i saw it too, but as i remember, the NGKs were the prior plug (thus not new), and the Boschs were the replacements. whenever you put a new plug in, it'll show a small hp gain... but as the plugs wear down, they lose their effectiveness....

With NGK plugs the lower the number the hotter the heat range.
