Quick question about headstud torquing...
For those that don't know, I recently replaced a blown headgasket on my d15b8 with a y8 gasket. I torqued the head down according to honda-specs but did so with a cheapo torque wrench. At first there was no smoke coming from the exhaust, and now, after about 10-15 miles of around town driving, i'm getting all white smoke again. I did not have the head resurfaced by the way.
I'm getting a better torque wrench this weekend and resurfacing the head, my question is this...
Could it be possible the head is fine and that the bolts backed out or came a bit loose? I'm paranoid about fixing this car and getting it to run for another 10k miles before I do a swap.

Ok thats what I figured... I put the head back on with a new HG and drove it around for about 5-10 miles and it seemed ok, no white smoke. Then I changed my exhaust and the smoke was coming out a good deal and it was drinking a bit of coolant again.
I'm going to get my head checked in south NJ this saturday.
