will 1999 integra type r calipers bolt onto 1997 civic cx steering knuckles?? help
just wonderin if 1999 integra type r calpers will bolt onto a 1997 civic or not if you know please help me out thanks

Quick answer - NO. I put ITR brakes on my car, but had to use Integra knuckles. The spacing between the mounting holes on the two is different. The Integra is wider to accomodate a bigger caliper. Since the CX/DX/VX spindles accomodate 9.5 inch rotors they have smaller calipers. This is one reason the physically bigger calipers dont fit. Just my .02

thanks for the info. just one more question. were the knuckles off of the integra longer or did they change your camber?

They steering arms arent longer, the spacing between the caliper bolts is wider. It did not change the camber either.
