question about integra front spindle onto civic
i have a 94 civic cx hatch. i have a friend that is selling a set of front spindle/knuckle/hub(call it what you want). he bought a jdm front clip and so i believe the unit is from a jdm gsr. questions are
-can i take the front disc, calipers and calipers bracket and bolt it onto my cx?
-he said the front unit when put onto a cx will give positive camber. but i dont know if this is true. can anyone claify these infos thanks.

Re: question about integra front spindle onto civic (lv6l)
You left out what year the Integra is, and that makes all the difference in terms of what works correctly, and if the camber will be thrown off. 90-93 will throw the camber off, while 94-01 will not.
Anyways regardless of year you must swap the entire front spindles over because the caliper hanger brackets for the Integra do not bolt up to the CX spindles. I strongly suggest an alignment afterwards since you have to detach the soindle from the outer tie rods in the swap process.

i'm my bad, the year of the integra i believe is a 94-95. because the car comes in a front clip and it is obd1. unless japan has some different obd code i think its 94-95 integra gsr.

oh here's another quick question. my steering wheel turns to the left about from 12o'clock to 10o'clock. thats when driving striaght. i let go the wheel and the car goes in a straight line for a good amount of time. without any suspension work done do i need to align it? or is there a way i can fix this myself. thank you.
