jrsc hondata install help!!! Is this injector harness compatible with 99 my civic si? w/pix
I bought my hondata s2b, p28 ecu, peak n hold RC 550s, 90-91 teg AIT sensor, 3 bar map w/piggy tail, and an injector harness wire that has clips that fit the RC 550s with a resistor box at the end.
This is the wire injector with the resistor box at the end that is already wired from the injectors to the resistor box, the injectors to the wire harness, and looks like the wire harnesses 12v is connected the resistor boxe's 12v. the clips fit the PnH RC 550s. you can also see that it has a fitting for the 90-91 teg AIT sensor.

the end of the wire harness is cut, if this means anything.

here are close up pix of the connector sides that i believe is suppose to go on the engine wire harness. Can this be plugged up to the 99 civic si? if not, can i cut wires and make it work? can someone identify what application this injector wire harness goes to?

So I rewire the AIT sensor on my comptech icebox to the manifold right? If I use the AIT sensor from the comptech icebox, what do I do with the ait sensor connector on the injector wire harness pictured above? i do cut use the AIT sensor connector from the injectore wire harness pictured above to route it to the manifold..........right?
As for the map sensor, can I leave the JR MAP plate and stock map sensor on the map sensor location and use the 3 bar map w/piggytail to run the vacuum line to the manifold? im only boosting 9.5 psi and want to know if this will hurt anything. Is there another way to do this?
Also, with the removal of the JR FMU, do i just route the old line going into the JR FMU back to the stock FPR on the fuel rail?
I know its alot of questions, but, all help will be greatly appreciated.

no.. thats an obd0 harness cut in half.. that will not work.. unless u need the resistor box

then, can i cut off the injector clips on this harness and splice it into the existing harness on the si, so i can just easily swap it out injectors when i need to?
also where is the distribution block on the 99 civic si?

You can (and should) use your Si's harness with the older injector clips. You will need to wire in the resistor box, too. They need to be done at the same time, so look for the wiring diagrams so that you'll end up with a clean install.
Do not run those 550's without the resistor box or you'll kill your ECU.

yes, im trying to run my hondata s2b on peak and hold rc 550s.

where is the plug with wires that i need to wire the resistor box too on the 99 civic si? i dont think its in the same place like the EGs. a pix can be helpful.
for confirmation, i can just splice a "T" into the each of the 99 Si's injector wires and solder in the obd0 injector wires so i can use the Peak and hold RC 550s?

If I splice in the obd0 resistor box, then I have to splice in the obd0 injector clips into the stock si harness. I wanted to know if the stock (obd2) injector clips will fit the RC PnH 550 injectors?
What if I used a 92-95 prelude resistor box with the plug from both the harness side and the resistor box side. Then trace the injector wires on the Si to the junction plug. remove all four injector wires from the SI's junction plug and insert them into the prelude's plug (engine harness side) and connect the fifth wire to one of the holes on the prelude plug (engine harness side) . If I ever wanted to switch back to saturated injectors, i can simply just cut all five wires on the resistor box side, wire them up together and black tape em. My question here is, will I be able to use the OBD2 clips on the Peak n Hold RC 550s? or do I have to switch to obd1? can, the obd0 injectors be used in this case?
I really want to know the best way to go using PnH RC 550s using the least amount of cutting.

The OBD2 clips will not fit on the RC injectors. The OBD0 and OBD1 clips will fit.
The "junction" plug on the 99+ Civic Si is on the bottom side of the intake manifold and has a plug in it. It is really hard to go get to. I think you'd need to drop the manifold to get to it.
On my car, I just spliced everything in near the driver's side shock tower.

here's a visual of what im trying to do. everything left of the Prelude plug engine harness side belongs to the SI. Im concerned with the injector clips though. What clips do I use? Can I stay with the SI's injector clips, or, do I need to go obd1 clips? Will obd0 clips work?
thanks for the confirmation on the obd2 clips. maybe i should just do what you did Sonny. Splice in the obd0 resistor box to the driver side shock tower wires and splice in the obd0 clips for the 550s.
thanks for the info you sent me sonny. its awesome. i remember your words
anyways, i called mike from autowave here in cali and he told me that i can use the current map on the hondata to drive it to get a dyno tune. he said as long as there is a map on it already setup for my 550s, i should just gramma drive my jrsc 99 si 80 miles to his shop. the map already on it is setup for a turbo b16 w/550s. think it'll be safe to gramma drive it to the tuners 80 miles away?
im hoping it at least idles after installation and startup.
