Default Question for B16a2 experts

I have a 99 civic si with a 5 gen motor and a obd2 ecu. I recently blew my engine and purchased a b16a2 from japan (b16a since it was imported from japan), it is a 4th gen motor. This new motor doesn't have a wire for the crank sensor. What can i do about this. Do i need a obd2 to obd1 harness? And if so, do i need to change the ecu from an obd2 to anobd1? It has an obd2 in there right now.

just swap it out from your old motor .. or you can do the harness and ecu thing... weigh out the cost and downtime
