do i mix synchromesh with tranny oil or just put all synchromesh

I did my tranny fluid just last month and I had all the orginal tranny oil flushed at "Texas Lube Stop." They only charged me $10 and filled it with 2 1/2 bottles of GM Syncromesh. Its about $7 for one bottle at the Chevy dealership.

I think you should totally drain all of it and fill it with brand new fluid.
