My friend just got a 97 Civic Hatch and the idle when cold seems to be fine, but when the engine is warmed up...The motor seems to rev up and down on it's OWN. It's wierd...not sure if anyone ever had this problem.

I searched and couldn't find anything to relate to it unless the FITV has anything to do with it.
