Default swap or not?

To make a long story short I came across a 99 civic si. Got a very cheap price but the car has no engine, trans, hood, rear bumper. The question is how easy is the usdm gsr swap into the car? Also any problems keeping ac? power steering? any major mods or is it fairly easy? And if i do this will it pass inspection?
Also what about a h22 usdm?
If the swaps aren't very easy then I guess i'll just put another b16 into it.

Its really up to you but I think its a waste of time/money to go with H22. B series motor will go in with stock mounts, shifter, etc. Might as well go with B18. perhaps a boosted LS setup?
