What do I need to lower my car?
...and again, and again, and again, and again.....
in all honestly, are you asking HOW to lower the car, or how to INSTALL springs/coilovers?

buy some lowering springs. or cut the springs if you just want the look and are on a budget. if you are serious about ting and are on a budget. i suggest omnipower street. i believe omni just recently came out with full coilovers for the cd accords.

Yeah, key word being "should." Took forever on my car, even with air tools. Since these cars are getting to be over a decade old, bolts tend to not want to move.

not only that, but they drink too much salt water, and not enough milk, so they get osteoperosis, and like to snap their own heads off

with air tools and a mcpherson spring compressor it took me about 3 hours to do all 4 springs completely by myself. its easy. and on one spring. i forgot to use the spring compressor. and the whole damn thing exploded and hit me straight in the knuckles.. so if you have 50-75 bucks. go rent one and they give you all your money back when you bring it back. make sure you get the mcpherson though. it mounts on the outside unlike the ones that go up the middle of the spring

Unless you get a full coilover system, you'll need springs, struts (adjustable ones like Koni Yellow and KYB AGX are best), and camber kits. Wait a bit for springs to settle, then take to an alignment shop so they can fix your alignment and camber.
