Default how to rebuild the bottom end of my h22a4

from past treads i have gathered that to even attempt to reach 300whp you need boost. but to hold boost, you have to build the bottom end. while i can install a turbo or sc kit,a motor rebuild is more of an undertaking than i'm up for. could someone recomend a good shop that does this( i mean really good ). i live in the sticks but somewhere around Atlanta or columbus would be alright.
