I called Tilton yesterday, They told me $3700 for clutch and flywheel. whoa! I can't afford that. What is the next best for VERY high hp race only turbo ls/vtec?

 

ap or osg (os giken) twin plate clutches

 

I'd go with their metal twin disc. Since they're located in SoCal, it will be a lot easier to get replacement parts compared to the OS giken

 

do you have a web site and or maybe prices?

 

Clutchmasters also has a twin disc setup, probably more affordable than Tilton

 

the tilton is the **** ofcourse. I ran it with no problem through the whole season after i shattered aCt. The tilton is high but it will be the last clutch you ever buy since its always repairable with new carbon disc.s

The Clutch Masters one runs about $1300 or so with the flywheel. That is the Bergenholtz is running now.

 

Is the clutch masters rebuildable like tilton? I just want to have a reliable driveline. I am already going to use the prodrive stage 2 system. I gave my accountant a coranary when heard how much the tilton was.
