Default Knock Sensor

Does the wire to the ecu have to be shielded the whole way or just part of the way. i just got my plug in the mail and its only shielded like 8 inches of the way.

I'm guessing that will probably be ok, but if you are really worried just go buy some loom to wrap it with.

everyone always says to have a shielded wire like from the plug to the ecu pin. I just used regular wire and its never given me a problem so far (knock on wood)
