Honestly I went to look for my book so I could tell you, I couldn't find it, but then I started thinking to myself that you should have a book too. So the moral of the story is please don't try to adjust the valve clearances without a book or manual of some sort. I gaurantee it will make the job go 100% smoother, and you will know what you are doing. Good luck!

Re: valve spring height (saywhat)
Straight from helms for a b16a engine:
Intake: 0.15 - 0.19mm (0.006 - 0.007 in)
Exhaust: 0.17 - 0.21mm (0.007 - 0.008 in)
Might want to lookup a how-to for this as well, you arent adjusting valvespring height, your adjusting valve lash, or basically the free play between the rocker arm and valve stem.

Re: valve spring height (jlacoy82)
thanks. i only have a helms for the old d15. i haven't gotten one yet for the b16a. i've done it on a sohc before. it shouldn't be much different on dohc. i just wanted to double check the specs.
